I'm Alicia Walker, LPC

As the creator of Naturally Anxious, I aspire to help readers learn more about anxiety, ways to manage mental health, and bring awareness to helpful thoughts and behaviors for growth. As a licensed professional counselor and several years working in the mental health field under my belt, I have worked in different settings and with people of all ages. As a person who has had my own personal struggles with anxiety, I hope to gift knowledge and a perspective from a clinician’s point of view in a way that’s easy to understand as well as implement in daily life.
