It can be quite uncomfortable dealing with the woes of feeling anxious. Feeling anxious usually refers to the feeling of being worried, anticipating something to come/happen, or dreading what’s to come.
It may seem like no matter what you do, you can’t escape it.
Good news for you, there is plenty you can do when you’re feeling anxious. Below you’ll find a list of 50 things you can do to surrender your anxiety and live a happier life.
1. Practice deep breathing
2. Don’t compare your life to others, especially on social media
3. Be gentle with yourself
4. Listen to upbeat music
5. Participate in guided mediation
6. Learn when to say no
7. Say a positive mantra or affirmation in the mirror
8. Exercise for 20 minutes
9. Remember “Done is better than perfect”
10. Clean out your wallet, purse, or bag

Feeling anxious can throw you off your normal way of functioning. It can cause you to not think as well and even keep you up at night.
But you do not have to let your anxiousness control your life.
